Vladan has extensive experience in sustainability and climate change in the nonprofit and corporate sectors and is excited to use his skills and experience as Executive Director to assist Mind Your Plastic in offering programs to reduce plastic pollution on land and sea.

Vladan holds an MBA and an engineering degree and has held senior leadership positions in climate change programs, energy efficiency, pollution control, district energy, renewable energy, water and wastewater management, and emissions reductions.  He feels that plastic pollution is a problem that we can significantly reduce by partnering with corporate, nonprofit, government, and community resources.  He has accepted the mandate to strengthen the Mind Your Plastic organization and work on reducing plastic pollution in Canada through engagement in educational, community, corporate sustainability, and municipal programs.
