Alex Christison is a dynamic waste management researcher and professional currently residing in Toronto. He has been deeply involved in issues surrounding waste, from his time as a logistics coordinator and manager for an event waste management company, to his present work representing the City of Toronto at Community Environment Days. He is currently pursuing a Master’s of Environmental Studies at York University, specializing in Urban Waste Planning, and is researching civic engagement opportunities within a circular economy approach to waste management. Alex is looking to bring is his critical and innovative thinking to Mind Your Plastic to help best inform and advance their crucial mission.
